Mamut 2018 (Coordinator – Serbia)

As the project’s coordinator and primary applicant, Mamut 2018 is responsible for overall project management, strategic planning, and the orchestration of the sports camp. With extensive experience in organising youth sports camps and managing cross-border projects, Mamut 2018 ensures that all project components—from administrative oversight to the final evaluation—are executed with precision. The organisation also guarantees adherence to EU funding regulations and reporting requirements, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

HAŠK Mladost (Partner 1 – Croatia)

HAŠK Mladost, based in Zagreb, brings unparalleled expertise in the development of online educational materials and the delivery of digital training sessions. This partner is tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive online education modules aimed at coaches and sports staff. HAŠK Mladost’s role is critical in ensuring that the latest techniques and protocols in diabetes management are effectively communicated to all stakeholders. Their commitment to educational excellence and innovation strongly aligns with the Erasmus+ objectives of promoting quality learning and social inclusion.

MP Sport (Partner 2 – Romania)

MP Sport, the Romanian partner, plays a pivotal role in the practical realisation of the sports camp. Drawing on years of experience in organising sports events and managing youth activities, MP Sport is responsible for supporting the logistics, on-site implementation, and evaluation of the camp’s activities. Their contributions ensure that the theoretical components developed by HAŠK Mladost are effectively translated into practice, creating a safe and stimulating environment for all participants.
